    Back-to-School BBQ

    Kick off the new school year at our Back-to-School BBQ, a special event for all Life Christian Academy families from Preschool through 12th grade! Enjoy great food, reconnect with friends, meet teachers and staff, and celebrate the beginning of another exciting school year together. ECE and elementary students are encouraged to bring their school supplies and will have the opportunity to meet their teachers and see their classrooms. Middle and high school students will receive their class schedules and have the opportunity to connect with their teachers as they prepare for an outstanding year ahead.

    Late-Start Thursdays
    To provide dedicated time for teacher collaboration and professional learning, Life Christian Academy observes a late-start schedule each Thursday.
    • Teachers: 7:45 AM start for Professional Learning Community (PLC) collaboration
    • Grades 6-12: School begins at 9:00 AM
    • Kindergarten-5th Grade: School begins at 9:10 AM
    • Preschool and Pre-K: Follow their regular schedule and do not observe late-start Thursdays.
    Before School Care is available for Kindergarten through 5th grade students who need care prior to the adjusted start time.
