Since 1973 we’ve been unshakably committed to fully equipping every student for success and significance—mind, heart, and hands. We provide an equal balance of high-quality academic instruction; authentic spiritual formation; and programs that broaden students’ experience and sharpen their unique talents, from athletics and arts to leadership and international experience.
Life Christian Academy is a ministry of Life Center. This means we’re in partnership with and accountable to Life Center, both relationally and organizationally; and aligned with its guiding beliefs, vision, and mission.
Life Christian Academy was established in 1973 with six children and one preschool teacher as a ministry of Life Center Church. We have grown to serve preschool through 12th grade students representing more than 150 area churches. Our high school graduated its first senior class in 1997. Carrying forward the vision of founding pastor Fulton Buntain, our leadership has never wavered in its commitment to providing a Christ-centered environment of academic excellence and complete student development.
LCA’s school board oversees and provides direction and support for the school’s mission, finances, programs, and continual advancement. Selected to serve individual terms of ___ years, our school board members love Jesus, are members of Life Center, and reflect a diverse range of spiritual gifts, perspective, and experience.
